Objective: Students will learn how to write formal and semi-formal emails and language which is suitable for both in a business context.
Assumed knowledge: Students are pre-intermediate level, familiar with a range of
tenses and vocabulary.

Objective: Students will be able to understand what makes an introduction appropriate/inappropriate, and will be able to use a number of suitable introductory phrases
Assumed knowledge: Students are mid-elementary level, and know how to introduce themselves informally, but not in a business-appropriate context.
